Royal Touch Cleaning

Welcome to Royal Touch Cleaning. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service.

• Royal Touch Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning services through independent contractors.
• Services are booked on an appointment basis and are subject to availability.

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept credit/debit card only.
• A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the form of payment in the amount of the services rendered until completion of the job.

• Clients may modify or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• No-show appointments will be considered cancellations and charged accordingly.

• Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled service time.
• Clients must ensure a safe working environment for the cleaners.
• Clients must disclose any specific cleaning needs or concerns before service begins.

• Independent contractors are responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• If the client requests the use of their own supplies, this must be arranged prior to the service.

• If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at Royal Touch Cleaning's discretion.

• Royal Touch Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
• Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• Clients agree not to solicit or hire any independent contractor referred by Royal Touch Cleaning for direct employment outside of our services.

• Royal Touch Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
