At Royal Touch Cleaning, our services focus on interior cleaning. Due to insurance limitations, we do not clean exterior windows, patios, or perform the following tasks:
🚫 Moving heavy furniture, kitchen appliances, beds, or any item over 15 pounds without assistance.
🚫 Climbing ladders or handling tasks that require unscrewing stove interiors or grease removal from stove mounts.
🚫 Scrubbing walls, as this may damage the paint.
🚫 Cleaning rust from items or removing objects from under beds.
🚫 Cleaning inside full cabinets.
🚫 Servicing pest-infested areas (these require treatment before cleaning).
💡 Please note: If pests are discovered during your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If you’re unsure whether we can clean a specific area, feel free to call us at (862) 347-3485!
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule anytime. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
No, as long as our team has access to your home. You can provide a key, garage code, or instructions for entry when booking.
